How to eat in Italy

It would be a pity if there were no local foods during the trip.When it comes to food in Europe, it must be Italy.

Italy not only has spaghetti and pizza, it is also a famous food kingdom. You must have never eaten these Italian dishes.

Italian cuisine is very rich, which can be divided into four schools according to different cooking methods: Northern Italian cuisine, Central Italian cuisine, Southern Italian cuisine and Small Island cuisine.

With the same ingredients and different methods, Italians follow the original cooking method.

1, Sarde in Saor

The restaurant in Venice is famous for sardine. The sardines are paired with vinegar, onions, raisins and pine nuts.

2.Risotto al nero di seppia

In Venice, take a gondola, and be sure to come have a Risotto al nero di seppia. Black squid ink and spaghetti are mixed together. It is such a delicious ‘dark dish’ with chunks of squid.

3 Moteche

The fried soft shell crab is crispy and tender. It can be eaten with mashed potatoes.

4.Mixed Grilled Meat

Put mutton, sausage, bacon, black pork and other meats on the grid grill, then add vegetables and spices with olive oil. This is not only the favorite barbecue method of Ravenna people, but everyone who has tasted it will love it.

5. Messina meat rolls

6.Cupsignello di Pesce
